When charges exist
If you subscribed through Stripe Checkout, you can cancel in the customer portal from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not delete your account.
Refunds
- Unused time in the current billing period is not automatically prorated unless Stripe is configured that way.
- If hosted THEA or PDF conversion was unavailable for a material part of a paid month due to operator error, request a refund through Support within 14 days of the charge.
- Chargebacks should be a last resort after contacting Support so the operator can check webhook and entitlement logs.
Free plan
The free plan has no charge. Quota limits on hosted inference and server PDF are expected.
