1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Career OS, the THEA copilot, resume compiler, or associated APIs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Intellectual Property & Candidate Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership, copyright, and control over resumes, career stories, knowledge base entries, project portfolios, and personal documents created, edited, imported, or exported in Career OS.

Career OS claims no copyright over candidate resume content generated or tailored by THEA. You may export, submit, or distribute those documents without restriction from us.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Use Career OS for lawful career management and resume development. You agree not to:

• Deploy malicious scripts, scrapers, or flood attacks against Career OS or inference endpoints.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, admin routes, or private tables.
• Generate fraudulent or defamatory credentials with intent to commit fraud.

4. AI Assistance & Accuracy Disclaimer

• Candidate Verification: You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, dates, employers, metrics, and skills before submitting a resume to employers.
• No Employment Guarantee: Career OS does not warrant interviews, offers, or placement.

6. Subscriptions

Paid features are gated server-side. Stripe checkout is not live on this private-beta deployment. Join the waitlist. When billing is configured, cancel in the Stripe portal from Settings. See the refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career OS and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the platform, including third-party API interruptions.

8. Termination & Governing Law

You may terminate your account and wipe cloud data from Settings. Accounts that violate acceptable use may be suspended. Questions: hello@kinetixsolutions.dev. These terms are governed by applicable standard legal frameworks.
